Personal training (per hour) £40

Personal training packages (paid for in advance and pre-booked)

5 hours £185

10 hours £350

Personal training packages can be used in any combination of 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions

Corrective Exercise Specialist
  • I assess and evaluate a client's musculoskeletal system, for movement restrictions, imbalances and muscle dysfunction.

  • I implement a corrective exercise programme to improve the ability to move well, exercise effectively and/or perform daily activities with ease.
