Below are details of my current classes on offer, which are group exercise classes for everyone. All fitness levels & abilities welcome!

I can advise you which will be most suitable for your level of fitness and your goals, so please do get in touch.

I am always looking to start new classes should the time & suitable venue become available. So watch this space!

Body Conditioning - Mondays at 9.15am

Martin Heath Hall, Christchurch Lane, Lichfield, WS13 8AY

Come and try this fun & friendly 45-minute body conditioning class to get your week off to a great start. You will get a full body workout while being able to work at your own level. You will receive friendly encouragement but no pressure - please contact me to book on. Your first class is free of charge.

Costs for this class is:

£5.00 per class

£27 for 6!

Tuesday evening classes - Fitness Pilates

At St John's Community Church, High Street, Burntwood, WS7 1LR

5.30pm (45 minutes) Fitness Pilates for beginners

6.30pm (45 minutes) Fitness Pilates for beginners

7.30pm (45 minutes) Fitness Pilates for improvers

New classes starting 18th November  2025

Cost £35 for 5 weeks.  Payment required in advance to secure your place.

Fitness Pilates is a great way to stretch, strengthen and de-stress.

  • Strengthen your whole body, including lower back and core.

  • Improve general fitness and overall well-being.

  • Enhance mobility and flexibility.

  • Improve posture and mental cognition.

  • Relax and calm your mind.

It is essential that you contact me to reserve your place, as spaces are limited.

Please bring your own mat and water.
